How Battle Camp will help you achieve a lean and mean fighters physique
Battle Camp is a brand new fitness system that takes advantage of the tried and tested methods of strength training and blends them with the excitement and fun of martial arts training.
The idea of Battle Camp was formed through years of teaching Boot Camp classes and growing frustrated by the repetitious and boring nature of the standard fitness class. Walk by your local park in the summer and I’m sure you’ll see the same group of boot campers performing the same exercises they did last summer. To top it off, most of them probably haven’t lost any weight and will continue on the same program despite their lack of results.
Battle Camp strives to be more than just a regular Boot Camp. Our classes are designed to provide sustainable results, but more importantly they’re created for you to have fun.
Inspired by the methods of pro fighters, we utilize exercises and equipment that helps fighters maintain lean physiques with low body fat and incredible endurance. In a typical Battle Camp class you will:
- Swing Kettle bells to develop full body strength
- Learn bodyweight movements that will teach you to be more efficient
- Master techniques for punching and kicking power
- Suspend from a TRX and control your movement through space
- Work with partners with similar goals and skills
- Discover techniques that will drastically improve your flexibility and movement quality
The classes are tailored to your skill level and we promote a non intimidating and friendly atmosphere suitable for anyone who’s ready to take control and transform their body.
